Fairbridge

Make your mark in a historic art building

HAVE a community project or business idea in mind but need somewhere to see it come to life? Maybe you’re an artist who needs space to teach classes?
Fairbridge Village has a historic building available for short-term use.

The recently renovated building could be the perfect space to use as a short term working studio, classroom, or gallery etc. The building, which used to house the general store, will eventually be the focal point of Fairbridge’s designated arts precinct.

Village Manager Brendan Widdowson said Fairbridge was looking at different options to use the space as part of its commitment to the wider community. “Members of the local arts community are encouraged to bring forward their ideas on how they would like to use of the lovely facility,” Mr Widdowson said. “Whether they need a venue for a one-off workshop or regularly over a longer period, we’re open to consider these ventures.”

Fairbridge is a major youth charitable organisation with an environmental focus that owns and operates the historic Fairbridge Village.
