The following policies and procedures relate to the Care of Children in Fairbridge’s Outside School Hours care program for use by Parents and Carers.
Philosophy Statement – Fairbridge
Fairbridge Western Australia Inc (Fairbridge) believes in:

Fairbridge will design programs to meet the needs of all children to empower learning, develop confidence and provide an environment where everyone feels safe and welcome.
Children, parents, educators and managers are encouraged to provide idea’s and feedback to ensure the program meets the needs of children.
Fairbridge will, through its program design, offer children access to trainers from industry to gain an insight into pathways into employment on offer from Fairbridge.
